Can you draw blood anywhere?

Home or Office is pretty typical for us, however we can service where ever there is a need. Our technicians are capable of working in various scenarios and locations. From bedside to poolside, the whole reason we exist is to bring a mobile laboratory services to where you need it most. 

 

Do You Accept Insurance?

Without any pre-authorization, insurance typically does not cover mobile phlebotomy service. This is why we charge for our in-home blood draw collection and specimen courier services. How much is your service?

We charge $65 for an in-home blood draw. This covers the cost of a skilled phlebotomist, travel and delivery, as well as supply costs. There are no hidden costs for our services. Some additional fees my be required for long distance service or complicated kit draw processing, but will communicated and collected before service is scheduled.

 

Where are my results and how do I get them?

This all depends on where you have requested your specimens to be delivered. Results can vary from 24 hours to multiple days depending on the test.  Because we are not directly contracted with Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp, they will not provide us with your results. Your test results will be processed and made available to your ordering doctor or agency, typically by fax and or through the doctors account portal. Once our team delivers your specimens to a third party laboratory, we are not responsible for obtaining results.

 

Where does my blood go?

This depends on where you have requested them to be delivered, OR where your doctor has recommended them to be delivered because of their account association. We drop off each day to Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics. Our mobile phlebotomists will deliver your specimens to the requested laboratory and will notate the location, drop off time, and the technician they were left with.

 

I am a hard stick, are your technicians experienced?

Yes, Each technician is required to have at least 3 years experience because of the level of difficulty mobile phlebotomy service can present. All of Atria Mobile technicians are certified CPT phlebotomists and are vetted and educated for mobile service. 

 

Do you test Urine for UTI?

Yes. Our certified lab partners allow us to deliver the most accurate and sensitive UTI Panel available. Utilizing the real time PCR method, we can deliver result to your doctor in hours, not days.

What areas do you service?

Atria Mobile Blood Draw services the Orange County and Riverside County (California) areas on a daily basis. We also service the South Bay and Los Angeles Areas on a pre-scheduled basis dependent on technician availability. 

 

Can you come draw my blood today?

STAT services are completely dependent on your location and technician availability. Best case scenario, we have a mobile phlebotomist currently, our about to service your area today. Because we arrange routes a day early for efficiency, same day service can be a challenge but not impossible. If we cannot service you today, we lost likely can schedule a visit the very next day.

 

Do you service pediatrics?

Yes, we have mobile phlebotomists that are experienced with pediatric blood draws. Home is the best place to draw blood for you young ones. Laboratory visits can be very stressful and lengthy. Let us come to you and service in the comfort of home, or right from bed. 

 

Can you come to my office?

We sure can! If taking time from work is next to impossible, we can arrange a visit to your workplace. As long as you have a comfortable place to sit for a few minutes, we are happy to service you anywhere you need us, so you get on with your busy day.

What type of Covid-19 tests do you offer?

Now a days, you can find home Covid-19 tests just about anywhere. But did you know "over-the-counter" tests detect Covid-19 only after you body has developed antigens to fight off the virus?
