Once we receive your order, our scheduling team will follow up to review your request and schedule your appointment with one of our experienced mobile phlebotomists.

Before you request mobile services, please review the following suggestions to best prepare for your in-home blood draw.
Make sure you have received your kit in the mail from Vibrant America. Atria Mobile does not provide blood collection kits.
Do not throw away any of the packaging or insulated boxes, these will be needed for shipping your specimens to Vibrant America.
Review your order instructions for any fasting requirements.
If your kit has ice packs, be sure to place in freezer right away. Ice packs must be presented to phlebotomist frozen in order to properly ship.
We highly suggest to schedule your Vibrant America Kit service Monday through Thursday to insure timely overnight delivery. Friday shipments can be accommodated, however Atria Mobile is not responsible for any delayed weekend shipments.
How fast can I be serviced?
All orders received by 3pm will be considered for next day service. Scheduling times are based on first come first serve basis. Atria Mobile Blood Draw will attempt to meet all service requests as best as possible and will communicate any scheduling concerns prior to service.
